Shipping
Where we ship: Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.
Shipping costs:
- Orders under €100: €7.49
- Orders of €100 or more: free shipping
Delivery time: our standard delivery time is 2–3 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Pick-up: you can also choose to collect your order free of charge at Beukenhofstraat 113, 8570 Vichte, Belgium. We will let you know by email when your order is ready.
Damaged parcel or wrong product? We pack every order with care. If something arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bellume.com with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will find a solution with you – this does not affect your legal guarantee rights.
